Supporting Neurodivergent Voices
Our organisation aims to harness the collective voice of the 1.6 million people working across health and social care in the United Kingdom. With around 20% of the workforce—approximately 320,000 individuals—likely to have a diagnosed or undiagnosed neurodivergent condition, their lived experience is both significant and under‑represented.
While individual organisations such as Health Boards, Trusts, primary care providers and unions may be developing their own neurodiversity strategies, we believe meaningful change must be shaped by the people those strategies are designed for. By bringing together the perspectives of 320,000 neurodivergent professionals, we can influence policy and practice from the ground up, rather than having assumptions imposed from the top down.
Our goal is simple: to ensure neurodivergent voices lead the conversation about what genuine inclusion should look like.
We stand alongside those we serve, championing fair treatment and meaningful change. Our advocacy work is rooted in empathy and respect, striving to amplify neurodivergent voices and foster a more inclusive healthcare environment.
We're dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and healthcare professionals. Please contact us with your questions, suggestions, or if you need guidance—our caring team is ready to help. Your message is important to us, and we're committed to creating a welcoming space for every inquiry.
